Everything You Need for a 6AN Fuel System

A complete 6AN system is more than hose. You need the hose ends, adapters for the pump and regulator, bulkhead fittings if you pass through sheet metal, and clamps to keep it all off the exhaust.

Buy the kit where you can. Sourcing fittings one at a time almost always costs more and leaves you one adapter short on a Sunday afternoon.

Route the return line away from heat, support the hose every 18 inches, and leave enough slack that engine movement does not load the fittings.

Pressure test before you start the engine. A fuel leak found on the bench is a nuisance; one found later is not.
